WE ARE LEENOK

Leenok is the sole Nigerian partner of Cumulus Digital Systems, Inc. the proprietary provider of the award winning Smart Torque System (STS) an integrated, fully digital bolted joint management system. Leenok also offers Sourcing and Procurement Services backed with OEM approved maintenance and after sales service. We manage small to medium Civil and Mechanical Engineering projects and deploy a host of Consultancy solutions in the area of Marine Logistics, Information Technology, Nigerian content integration, Training and Community Relations.

Leenok is a wholly owned Nigerian company with vast experience supporting oil and gas operations in Nigeria. Founded in 1991, Leenok has been a dependable partner with Shell, NNPC, NDDC, etc. Our leadership has also worked for and with prominent oil and gas services companies to foster best practice and strengthen ways of working in the area of business ethics and integrity, Nigerian Content Development, stakeholder and supplier relationship management with the aim of improving profitability.

We provide direct and indirect materials, products and equipment sourcing. We help companies to identify credible OEMS, source materials and/or equipment as well as manage the related inventories

Our Procurement specialists work with companies to analyze their procurement operating model and offer informed proposal to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of people, processes, and technology.

TRAINING

We provide Procurement resources to work within organizations as required as well as offer executives and their teams a variety of formal training curricula.

Engr. Kalu Nwosu a graduate of Petroleum Engineering has over 40 years Oil & Gas Nigeria and International experience. He brings to the Leenok Board, his wealth of networks, strategy and business development guidance.

GBENGA SOMUYIWA

Finance Manager

Gbenga Somuyiwa joined the board of Leenok in 2018 as a non-executive director. He is an astute and commercially savvy Chartered Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant and Certified Business Recovery & Insolvency consultant.
