Joy Okebalama has vast experience managing diverse business units, complex supply chains and organizational structures. A graduate of the University of North Texas USA, Joy spent more than 17 years working for Shell in Nigeria and Europe where she set a good track record in Logistics (Aviation and Marine), Supply Chain, External Affairs, Real Estate, Issues Management and Community Relations. She worked as a member of a Shell Global team at Shell Headquarters in The Hague to take Supplier Management to top quartile of global practice. Since leaving Shell, Joy has managed high value assets in delivering materials and services to oil and gas companies. She also introduced best practices in such consulting roles as General Manager, Group Corporate Affairs Director and Managing Director. She possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry having worked in the sector for more than 25 years. Her Professional Affiliations include: Member Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply 1997 (MCIPS); Member Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). Member Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) and Member Materials Management Institute of Nigeria (MMIN). Joy is the Managing Director of Leenok Industries Nigeria Ltd.
